Eating bad recently HELP

Okay, so today marks the day I quit eating a little more junky than usual. The past three days were very pressure-filled because I had a butt-load of projects and NO time for myself. So I look a little bloated now, and I gained a little on the measuring tape. I ate REALLY badly one day (but not over 3500 calories), and then a little over maintenance on the other two days. Did this mess me up? I'm just curious, I hope not.
