Not sure how healthy they are but graham crackers(cinnamon kind) help me.

I like 'em too, but I prefer the honey kind. I usually have 2 with a 1/2 skim milk, works out to be about 170 calories, so whether it's good for you or not is relative. Depends if you have the calories available.

Berries, fruit, nuts, yogurt, cottage cheese. Creamy & sweet factors.

Ice-cream when I really want it though.

I'm going to keep fat free chocolate milk in my fridge at work. 1/2 cup is not a huge amount of carbs nor calories. It will help me with getting my calcium requirement too.

Peanut Butter. If I could eat nothing but Peanut Butter for the rest of my life....I would be perfectly fine with that.

    From South Beach diet:

    1/2 cup Ricotta cheese
1/4 tsp Almond extract (you can also use vanilla if u like)
Splenda (recipe calls for 1 packet but I use half)

Mix it together and chill then enjoy :)

Kettle corn helps. It's a subtle sweetness and also can satisfy savory cravings.

*TCBY non-fat, no sugar frozen yogurt or
*Trader Joe's Fiberful chocolate chip granola bars They have a lot of fiber so you can deduct from the carb #. Do you know that trick? For every gram of fiber OVER 5, you can deduct from the carb #. In this case, one bar has 22g carbs....the fiber is 9g...so you can deduct 4 from the carbs = 18g of carbs.
