    I am currently at goal..so my eating is pretty clean..lots of protein...but I have always eaten pretty healthy..lean meats and veges...thanks e

    Great results!! I have this dvd and plan to try after finishing JM ripped in 30 ;-)

    I'm kind of cramming it in on days when I have time. I'm doing Ripped right now, too, but the extra occassional workouts seems to mean not just inches lost but pounds, too. :smile:
