I started this lifestyle change about a month ago and I joined MFP a little over 2 weeks ago. I have to say it is a HUGE help and is making it so easy :-)

I really don't know what my goal weight is. I was wondering if anybody could help me out with this?

Height: 169cm (5"7/5"6)
Weight: 101.9kg (224lbs)
Goal Weight: 59kg (130lbs)
Does that seem reasonable?
I think you'll find that you would be too thin and not healthy looking at that rate.... I'm thinking 140-145 lbs would look better on you for your height,
for example I'm going with 136 as my minimum with an average frame @ 5'5 but I will be happy if I am within ten pounds and toned.0 -

I'm 180 lbs. and according to a BMI website, I'm obese :S
My target weight goal is like 135 lbs.
I'm just sick and tired of my family calling me fat and I'm always tired. I do have a small gut that makes me look somewhat pregnant. I need to just shed these pounds so I can get my Yellow Polka Dot bikini out of my dresser. LMAO! kidding!
