I finally figured it out! After being bitterly disappointed every Monday with my highest weight of the week, I realized that I am retaining water to repair muscle from long runs every Sunday morning. So I will now be using my Sunday weights. Still not going to get close to my goal but hoping to drop another 1-1.5 lbs by the end of the month.0 -

Cool - so my challenge for the week is this:
For 6 days of the next week you should have NO BOOZE! I will allow one day to partake, but no more
For those who don't drink, the challenge for 6 days of the next week - try to burn at least 5x your body weight (lbs) in calories.
Eg. a 150lb person needs to burn at least 750 cals for 6 days of the next 7 Once again, you have one day off.
As I set the challenge this week (and do consume alcohol) - I will do both formats and abstain from alcohol for at least 6 days of the week and burn at least 1192.5 Cals each day. My diary is public, so please feel free to keep check on me
As I posted my weekly challenge on Tues 17th, it seems fair that it runs from Weds 18th until tomorrow (Tue 24th) inclusive. I will post my results tomorrow night but I think its looking like a pass for me, for the week
