This is great news!!!! Did you lose weight by watching calorie first or did you also workout at your heaviest? My husband read your story and is inspired. He is also a heavy set man and the doc's told him to have a surgery. I dont want that for him and neither does he. Please let us know. Thanks, you look amazing!0

Thank you,
When I first started it was more a lifestyle and mental change, so eating less and cutting out anything unhealthy,
I tended to try and eat until I was full and then stop, because one of my main problems, was because I would feel guilty about wasting food and over eat
I lost nearly 8 stone this way with the addition of general exercise such as walking, I then began doing free weights at home, and
once I felt more confident I joined a gym and have been doing a more focused routine now to help build muscle and tone up
Hope this helps0 -
Thank you all for the continuing kind words, can't believe how many nice private messages and friend requests I have had as a result of this thread
I will endeavour to add and reply to everyone0 -
Wow fantastic job and you did it so quickly! It may not have felt like it was coming off quickly but in retrospect maybe it does now? You're adorable!0
