    1/23: 274.8 - up .2lbs (essentially flat for the week - we had a big snow storm that kept us housebound most of the week).

    No weigh in this week because we were out of town - I'll have to pick up on the February challenge.

    1/16: 142.2 (yes! so xcited i am losing while doing P90x, hope this continues )
    1/23: 143 (feel much stronger this week, but a little dissapointed the weight los is stalling)
    1/30: 142.4 (not much weight loss but the P90x is definatly working finishing week 3 today and already down 3 inches :))

    1/30: 124 I failed miserably on the last two weeks, but I learned quite a few things on this challenge. I figured out the difference between my early success was due to underestimating exercise and overestimating food. The last two weeks I tried to estimate much more accurately, but discovered that the calories mpf used for estimating exercise were greater than what my heart rate said they should be. So for the next month, I bought a heart rate monitor, and will more closely monitor my calories for an as accurate as possible diary. Good luck in Feb!
