I went swimming with the kids today, mostly just playing around, doing a few laps here and there but nothing to vigiouresly.
Would you count that as exercise?

I go swimming with my kiddos almost every day. I do not count it as exercise on this site. I write it down in my own exercise journal as swimming and how long I swam but I don't count the calories. Cindy0

No. It's still burning calories and much better than being sedentary, but it would be difficult to estimate the number of calories burned and you might overeat.0
