Calling into a radio station to request a song I wanted to tape, and then the DJ talks over the beginning or the end of it! There was always a butter knife shoved in the Nintendo holding the cartridge in just the right spot, after I had to blow on the cartridge to get it to work. I slow danced to "Heaven" by Warrant at the junior high lock-in. I had a crush on the blonde from "Just the Ten of Us."

I always wondered how we as kids just new to blow in the game to get it to work. It's not like it there was a troublshooting section that came with the games or Internet forums were the word was spread that blowing in the game worked, everyone just knew to do it. We would also pump the game up and down in the holding cartridge, that always seemed to work too for some reason. :)

If you mean jncos the jeans, my husband swears by them! He was so distressed when they went out of business xD

My favorite part of the 90s was the war between backstreet boys and nsync... It literally divided my neighborhood :p wonder if that could be considered gang related? XD

LOL Flannel shirts tied around the waist. Jincos with legs so big you just cut the bottoms off when got to ripped. Serious wallet chains that hung past your knees and had three of them. Choke chains. (LOL rocker chick maybe  ) Sketchers and airwalks being skater shoes. X-files, Star trek Voyager and DS9. Stargate SG1. Nine inch Nails and Marylin Manson. MTV music Awards actually showing music and vidoes lol. :drinker:
