    I used to have a goal weight, but since meeting with the personal trainers, I have a goal shape & whatever my weight is when I achieve that shape then that will be my goal weight.

    That shape is to be fit, strong, & healthy. And to not have over 22% body fat.

    Right now my body fat is about 41% so I have a ways to go, but I will get there!

    6 ft male.

    Starting weight 230 something

    Goal 180

    Current, 172.

    I got to 180, not happy, went to 175, then 170, then all the way down to 165 and found myself Skinny Fat. I was in a healthy weight, but was still 20+% body fat. no good for looking good nekkid. so I did a short bulking session and am going to diet back down again and see if I have changed much.

    I will be 31 in June and Im 5.6 my curent wieght is 215, and my goal weight is 150, life has been very stressful and now that I have gotten rid of a lot of the stress and the bagage that went with it Im feeling better and hoping to lose most of the weight in the next year to a year and a half

    My highest weight was 181-183 (I am 5'5"), and my current weight is 148. I am in unfamiliar territory because I have never been under 150 as an adult. I set my ticker to 135, but honestly I think I would like to aim for anything ranging from 125-130. But we will see! When I get around that weight I think it will matter more about % body fat than pounds.

    All of these are so inspiring to me. Whether it's to gain or lose, we are all getting healthy. I LOVE these types of posts.

    Goal: Technically, its 175. but, i want to see what that's like and then I'll probably lower it. At 42, I don't know if I can be 165 or even 155. It seems completely impossible. We'll see.

    Does anyone know how to determine what you should actually weigh? I keep getting conflicting information from doctors, nutritionists, and the internet.

    The goal may alter, depending on how i feel and look, but ultimately i want to be strong and curvy, not lean, or obviously muscular when not flexing... if that makes sense?

    im 5ft 9 1/2 and 27 (nearly 28) determined to be fit and healthy at 30!

    Just moved so the scale has been packed and our new place doesn't have it out yet...so its been a little while since I've last weighed in. Been really good with the diet and exercise part so it might be a pleasant suprise for me next time I step on the scale. I am a scale-o-holic. I can get on a million times a day...so this break might be a healthy change for me

    Congratulations!! I have been 168 for a while and was thinking if I could ever go to 135 and you just answered my question.
