I would love to do this if it's not to late to join my starting weight was 272 I'm now 260 my goal is 135 - 140 I have a long way to go. My month goal is to lose 10 pounds that would put me at 250. My diet and fitness plan is to eat around 1300 calories and to eat less calories when I earn them back with exercise. I am trying to do my exercise DVD 3 to 5 days a week. I hope I'm not t late to join.
Oh and my measurements are
neck 14
waist 47.5
hips 560 -

My current weight is 153.8 lbs--I've lost 40lbs so far!
My ultimate goal is 138 but I would like to lose 8 lbs in February. I understand this may not be reasonable but I like challenging goals.
I eat about 1200 calories a day and try to work out 7 days a week.
My waist is 36''.0 -
i would love to join! i'm 140, trying to get down to 127ish by summer! i eat almost the same thing everyday to keep it simple and easy; i workout too, at least 3 times a week!

Before I joined the website my weight was 198 I lost 28 pounds on my own.
When I joined I was 170
I am currently 165
I would like to loose 7 pounds in Feb.
I am trying to eat around 1200 and I workout 6 days a week.0 -

I'm in. Would love to lose 10 lbs in February. It's aggressive but I think I need a challenge. If I don't have any cheat days this month and if I add in two additional workouts each week on top of my regularly scheduled ones, I believe I can make it happen. My weight today is 213.6 lbs. Ugh, now that I look at that number I think I should shoot for Onederland.0

I only need to loose about 5 lbs myself, don't feel like poo, just work on it like everyone else. I know how hard it is to loose those last few pounds. I have not even been able to loose a lb a month lately. I guess I need to shake things up and maybe this will be the thing that helps me get there.0

My weight loss goals is to lose another 5 to 7 lbs in this next month.
On my scale at home shows I'm hovering at 202.5 right now. I so want to get under that 200 mark!!
I don't have any measurements but will try to get that done and post here by the weekend.
I plan to work out atleast 4 to 6 days a week, 30 to 45 minutes (or more!!) at a time, (eliptical, walking, taking stairs, wii games) and try to eat small portions and stick to low fat/low carbs in my diet.0 -
OKAY! I'm nervous about this but I will try the challenge. I just switched last week from Calorie King to Myfitnesspal because it counts fiber grams and the diet plan I'm sort of following is big on fiber (F factor). I had hoped to hit 160 by my 60th birthday in six weeks but I'm only down to 181, from 186 since Christmas. I can't starve myself or it makes me crazy and I binge but I am trying so hard to stick with 1500 cal. I have a hard time with exercise because I have rheumatoid arthritis and everything hurts if I do too much exercise but I am trying.0

i WANT TO BE IN!! My Current weight is 291 My Goal is to lose 15 pounds for the month of February!! and be down to 276 at the end of the Month!! My plan is doing Zumba or Kickboxing 3-4 times a week and satying around my calorie goal of 1400

Count me in! I started at 174 and down to 162.2. I would love to lose 7.2lbs in February!!! 155 sounds awesome! I am exercising more consistently now and I am hoping it will pay off in February!
Oh, and I LOVE the Weds weigh-in. No matter what I eat over the weekend, I show a gain on Monday which is always gone by Weds...plus a little on a good week!
