In the morning, I normally have a bowl of cereal and fruit with 1% milk, or a english muffin with egg and juice while cooking breakfast for family. Two hours later i do my workout. If i have a heavy dinner, then i'll wait for hour after dinner then jump on the treadmill for 30 minutes.0

I workout in the morning so I'll eat my breakfast and wait about an hour and then go hit the gym/trail. Then I come home and eat a small snack. I used to workout then eat breakfast but I felt so nauseous/ exhausted afterwards that I would get really defeated in the long run. It was just too hard on my body.0

Eat then exercise! It always helps me to have a little feul in my belly before a hard workout - even if its just a banana!0

If I'm doing a weight workout I like to eat a decent meal a couple of hours prior. If I'm running I like to eat a bit lighter, maybe an hour before I head out for my run. I ALWAYS like to eat an hour or so after a good workout though, be it weights, running, or whatever.0

Every time I eat then exercise I end up leaving the gym or stopping my workout because I'm ready to puke! I have even tried something as simple as a protein bar before the gym and I felt it coming back up the entire time.
So....I'm now an exercise then eat.0 -
I usually work out around 11am. I eat my first meal of the day after that (intermittent fasting), but drink a BCAA before I work out. Eating anything before I workout makes me feel sick.0

I treat it like swimming...eat a small amount about 45-60 minutes before working out. If I eat too much I feel suck and don't get the most out of my workout. But I have to eat something. If I'm just going out for a jog first thing in the morning, I can go without, but not a heavy weights workout.
Finally, I eat protein immediately after a heavy weights session. That really helps my muscles recover quicker.0 -
eat, eat, eat, and exercise when I have time. I can't exercise within 1 hour of eating though.0

Both cause I workout about 10pm. I have dinner at 6pm and some protein when done with workout0

I have a light/high protein low fat snack about an hour before a workout and generally get a high protein snack immediately following and then have dinner with an hour or so afterwards.0

I wake up famished. If I don't eat within a half hour or so then I start turning into a monster...
Wake up at 5:20 and have ALL meals prepared for the day. Prior to workout (20 min it takes me to drive there) I have a small breakfast like a serving of cereal or a protein shake. After the workout (at work) I have my yummy breakfast. All in all before 9am I'm consuming around 300-500 calories.0 -
I usually eat after. Sometimes I'll eat a banana before though.0
-
usually i'm an eat and exercise kind of gal, unless it's in the evening in which i have a snack and then eat dinner after working out.0

I usually work out in the evenings not the mornings. My day usually goes breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, workout, dinner. Though on weekends I usually try to work out on an empty stomach. Check out this article. Super interesting.
