    Mine would be:
    Cheddar cheese
    Mushrooms
    Tomatoes
    Soya milk
    Jam

All-natural nut butters (ingredients are usually just nuts and maybe salt) need to be refrigerated or else they'll spoil! Jif and similar brands are loaded with preservatives and other things that keep them shelf-stable.

    Was gonna say this.

This might seem ridiculous but what is almond milk and why does everyone seem to be drinking it?, It's not commonly used in Scotland.

Skim milk has 90 calories. My unsweetened Almond Milk is 35. When I had to give up almost 100 calories just for a tiny glass of milk... (yes... I LOVE milk... lots of milk.) I chose to give up milk altogether. So for me... I use almond milk as a way to keep calcium in my diet, and not kill my calories. Now I like the taste of it just as milk. I don't taste it in anything I put it in. (Cereal, protein shake)

Plus Almond milk as some real vitamin advantages over milk.
