Many! Kale, quinoa, ginger root zested into a tea or for homemade Chinese takeout, and my ultimate fave is chickpeas! They are extremely good for you!0

Baked asparagus, i'm in love with it. Little bit of olive oil and fresh ground pepper, bake at 400 for 15 minutes.0

Brussel sprouts. They get such a bad rap, WHY!?
^^^ This!
And steel cut oats.. soooo yummy!0 -
Ditto on the goldenberries! I love them first thing in the morning when my mouth is dry. They are so tart and quenching. I am out of them right now.0

Ruby red grapefruit with (don't hate) splenda. So juicy and yummy! Love the aroma, too! Feels like a bright pick me up! :flowerforyou:0

oooh PB2!! It's really low in calories, and is great especially when mixed in my shakeology! Ooooh, delish!0

Frozen vegetables, especially the Japanese stir-fry mix in baggies (broccoli, red pepper, onion, water chestnuts). I get home, dump a bag in the wok, stir in a little tamari and rooster sauce, a couple of egg whites, and *voila* delicious lunch, 3 servings of vegetables, and 100% filling all in under 10 minutes.
Seriously if it wasn't for frozen vegetables I would be so malnourished, during busy cycles those are the only veggies I can get!0 -
Greek yogurt with some honey. I was never a yogurt person before. I always heard it is a good "diet food" and figured I would try it. I cannot stand regular yogurt - its gotta be Greek. I love it!0

Great ideas!
Is coconut oil healthy on salad? Sounds interesting.
I started snacking on almonds, baby carrots and grapes - quick, easy and tasty.
I also like a slice of Arnold Multi-Grain bread with a tablespoon of olive oil.
Sometimes I slice apples and sprinkle cinnamon on them.
A not-so-new healthy switch that I made (long before I joined this site) was to drink low-sodium V8 instead of orange juice. It's delicious and I don't miss OJ at all.
I like the sound of fresh apple and cinnamon.
Coconut oil is high calories which helps me meet my calorie goals but it is reputed to help with weight loss due to being a medium chain fatty acid. I must admit I have had no hunger problems so far and I wonder if its the oils I am choosing to add to my diet.
