made them today - taste yummy ....i got about 13 of these small candy like bars from the suggested recipe (20ish cals each) and I used real sugar. They taste good

I used splenda. I also used chocolate protein like the recipe has, but my brand is only in the data base for vanilla. couldn't be bothered to enter it, the values are the same. Also, used full size muffin cups, about 3/4 full. made 6. here's the details:

did these a bit differently today! - changed the pb 2 almond butter + put an almond & raisin on each one.
cals - 356
carbs 12
protein - 34
fat - 20
sugar - 6
i only made 12 cups and downed the rest of the mix x0 -
I saw that and almost ate my phone screen. I'm making these today. :-)
Think I'll make 10 and double the protein powder so i can eat a couple of them as a post workout treat.0 -
