    10.25 miles on the treadmill today. Good thing Monday is a rest day. My shins are really sore, especially my right one. The bump iny shin is starting to get more prominent. I will be having it checked AS soon as my 1/2 marathon is over. I'm seeing my primary on the 9th a little shy of 2wks after my race. maybe I'll call her this week to talk about the issue and make an appt with whoever she recommends since sports injuries are not her thing.

    Day 4 of Insanity...Thank god it was cardio recovery. I needed an easier workout lol
    3 mile walk (3.5 mph) on the treadmill after...Getting the speed back up there. Don't think i'll ever be able to run doing Insanity but hoping for a brisk walk at least :)

    After working 26 hours in 2 days, I realized this morning just how tired I was when I went out running... It was like I've never done that before!!!! :indifferent:

    I'm totally exhausted and ready for a nap after 3.6 miles.... :yawn:

    Okay - getting a late start this month but it's back with the program as I returned home this afternoon - YEEEAAAHHH!!!! Back to running and beach walks - I'm shooting for 75 miles for February so put me on the list please Dinos!!!!

    2/5 - 4 miles: 3 jog/mostly walk intervals on treadmill + 1 swim (+ weights)

    The eliptical machine is my friend right now! Just finished 5.97 miles or 8 km. Now on track for the month!

    Just looked at the stats and I am impressed with all the new comers. I have been doing this challenge for the last six months and find it totally movitating and hope that you will find it the same.

    Big thanks to all those who are behind the scenes to make this work and to all the participants who keep me moving!
