Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge.
Can you believe this weekly challenge has been going on for over a year now?
This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such an inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

Also please do not promote other similar challenges in this one. I didn't put this challenge in the groups so it is easy to find for new people as this is not a closed challenge and open to everyone. It would be hard to find in the groups and a lot of newbies would miss it.

2.6 to 2.11 Weekly Goal: 3,000 -- this is going to push me. I only workout 6 days a week and average 400 cals per workout. I'll have to walk some to hit this goal.0 -

Monday 2/6: 1147 burned walking at an incline for 30 minutes, 30 min on the elliptical, 10 min of the stair climber, and 35min of weight lifting.

Sounds like a fun challenge. I am 6'2", 341 lbs, 31 years old (my weight and age are taken into consideration to calculate my burn rate)

Mon: 1054 ( swimming a mile in 48 minutes using a combo of freestyle and breast stroke.)
