Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge.
Can you believe this weekly challenge has been going on for over a year now?

This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such an inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

Here is the daily update format.

FYI You can only edit your post for about an hour after you post it. You can either copy and paste into a reply or quote your last post to update

Also please do not promote other similar challenges in this one. I didn't put this challenge in the groups so it is easy to find for new people as this is not a closed challenge and open to everyone. It would be hard to find in the groups and a lot of newbies would miss it.

    I am in for week #2

    2.6 to 2.11 Weekly Goal: 3,000 -- this is going to push me. I only workout 6 days a week and average 400 cals per workout. I'll have to walk some to hit this goal.

    My goal is 5500 calories burned this week.

    Monday 2/6: 1147 burned walking at an incline for 30 minutes, 30 min on the elliptical, 10 min of the stair climber, and 35min of weight lifting.

    I have 3853 calories to go!

    Sounds like a fun challenge. I am 6'2", 341 lbs, 31 years old (my weight and age are taken into consideration to calculate my burn rate)

    Mon: 1054 ( swimming a mile in 48 minutes using a combo of freestyle and breast stroke.)

    This is my first time trying this. Last week I burned almost 2900. I am game for trying for 3500 this week!!

    monday: 755- day 1 30 day shred; 20 minutes on the stationary bike
