Hi, everybody. I going to ask a very generic question, but I was just curious on what other people do to (I dunno if toning is the right word) make their bum and thighs nice looking. What exercises do you suggest to make them look unflabby :D I have tried lunges, squats, running, hiking .... I see a little deffinition since I started doing those exercises, (5 months ago) but I feel like my body is getting used to it, I don't get sore anymore, I feel like it ain't working :noway: and I know people would suggest doing more reps or adding more time but I gots a busy schedule, if you can suggest any new exercises to make my bum and thighs feel the pain it would be greatly appreciated :) thanks

Do the same things, but add weights.
  • Subscribing, always looking for more ideas on thighs/legs/butt/hips.

How would you add weights to squats and lunges? Just barbells?

Yep. Pick up those dumbells and start lifting weight. The elliptical is also a great toning tool so long as you go on a high intensity and use it as a muscle workout.

Find harder hikes. I just hiked 2 miles yesterday, and we climbed 1000ft in that two miles...so basically all uphill.

However, I don't think you'll always be sore after a workout. I'm not sore today from the hike, but I sure was sore after the hike.
