Yay! I even upped my calories from 1360 to 1500 and eat most of my exercise calories back unless it would just be ridiculous to eat more. I go over my calories on rest days sometimes so it all evens out0

I say yes! I workout so I can eat more! I'm still losing weight, it's slow but steady! :flowerforyou:0

Yay if you're hungry
Nay if you're not.0 -
I think your total for the day includes "room" for reaching your goal, so extra calories burned can be eaten.0
-
Nay. You want to lose weight dont you?
Only start doing that once you are closer to your goal...and your fitness level and body fat % rise to a level where you actually NEED the extra calories for fuel. You dont need extra calories right now.0 -
-
I haven't been eating them and I GAINED weight....so I have no idea.0
-
Yay BUT keeping a deficit!
You have to give your body fuel to keep working.0 -
I question this as well. I never do thinking I'll lose faster...0

Yay if you're hungry

NO! Keep the deficit! That's how you lose!0

. No need eating extra if you feel full. Thats my moto. I'm not going to under eat or over eat, i'm going to let my body let me know if i should eat more. I eat healthy snacks and a well rounded meals, and am quite full most the time. If i'm hungry I will eat something.0

Yay! MFP already gives you a deficit. You're allowed.0

...If you eat them back you're still at a deficit.
