Just wonder what exercise do you hate the most. I'd have to say Jump roping and stair climbing?

5 minute hill repeats at 8% grade pushing at 10km pace (perceived effort).

Lunges are the WORST! Burpee's are a close second. Ugh.0

I jog in place of the jumping jacks on 30 day shred. I can't do them because I can't land on my heel like that.0
