The most I've logged and gone over was 900+ cal. I didn't log a couple of Saturdays ago, I was at a big birthday party. I didn't eat too much of any one thing, but sampled a lot and had drinks and was probably over by 2000cal.

As far as what I have logged, 1725 (Christmas), but I just guessed at the calories, and I suspect it was even worse.

I've gone over by 4000 about a month ago. I was really hungry that day. LOL

I can't even remember the last time I exceeded my calorie allowance. But I think it was by 26. I am pretty dedicated when I set my mind to something.

    You're barred! :(

    ok-bye

I'm joking and extremely jealous of your discipline. Gonna send u a friend request hoping some of it rubs off on me!

Two Sundays ago I went about 3000 calories over. Mostly thanks to some 318 calorie per bottle beer. It was after that when I decided I needed to put some kind of cap on my cheat day so this Sunday I tried 1000 calories (and came in a bit under that). Waiting to see how this week goes and may decrease down further.

I've gone over at least 1000 on several occasions. The key is to not go over like that often- obviously.

The most I'd say was probably around 6 - 8K above goal. It was calculated to be generated that high.

In one day?? I'm surprised you didn't explode! Lol!

Yup. In one day. It's not hard considering it was at a couple of casino buffets. 6K was for lunch. 4K for dinner. It was magnificent.

Probably 3500, at least! Just pick urself right back up, u'll get to ur goal, it'll just take a little longer haha! But the point is getting there and doing it right, hopefully learning from ur mistakes, or at least minimize them!!

I tend NOT to log those days!!! They don't happen all of the time and usually will not eat back my exercise calories the following day if I was over by 300-400 the day before. I figure it will even out by the end of the week.

I am happy to say I have never gone over... I have come close... but if I think I might (like on holidays) I do a work out... and yes, I still eat whatever I want... no fad diets for me

Hmm, now I'm trying to think of my highest I've ever went over. Probably my birthday weekend, I didn't log my food & whatnot...But 2 pieces of Red Velvet cake w/ cream cheese frosting, at least 10 shots of rum, a couple mixed drinks, & pizza with ranch & bbq sauce, were involved...I'm too scared to do the math.

Looking back... Only 27 over. I'm usually under. But I've only been logging for 2 and a half weeks so far. So I have plenty of time to screw up yet.

This thread makes me feel much less guilty about going over a wee bit every now and then.
