Blue claw Crab, Crab cakes, Shrimp, Lobster.
Cook them in a red tomato sauce. Well, not the crab cakes. Bake them in the oven.
Or put a drop, teaspoon, of olive oil in a pan with garlic and parsley and red pepper. Sautee that and throw the shrimp in for 7 minutes. Awesome.0 -

Grilled tilapia lightly sprayed with Pam, rub on a sprinkle of paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, parsley. I usually eat this with brown rice and some fresh tomato or mango salsa.0

turn on your grill. pull out a sheet of tin foil. put some EVOO on it. put the tilapia on the EVOO. sprinkle generous amounts of dill and mrs. dash's original recipe on it. sometimes I add garlic as well. put tin foil on the grill. when you flip the fish, put the same seasoning on the other side. enjoy!0

Salmon. Oh my goodness, salmon.
I like it grilled, baked, or smoked. I like it plain, with herbs, with citrus, with a lemon-butter-and-caper sauce (if I'm feeling decadent), with teriyaki sauce, and even with barbecue sauce in the summer. I also like it in sushi, and I'm having it in a mixed-veg salad tonight.
Halibut cheeks are also ridiculously delicious.
I've heard that freshwater trout is good, but I've yet to try it.0 -
We love fish in our house
I Love Trout & Salmon. my fav. way is to coat it with Indian spice mix along with ginger /garlic paste & cook it on grill or dh likes his salmon seasoned with salt black peppper & olive oil --covered with sauted spinach(along with garlic & little salt) and then grill !!!0 -
tuna loin... marinate for 30 minutes or so in soy sauce (diluted with water), lime, orange, garlic, ginger, scallions mashed in olive oil, and pepper. Then grill or pan fry on super hot surface for just a few minutes (should still be raw imside). Delicious with oysters on the half shell. Yummm...that will be my supper on sunday.0

That said - love salmon and halibut the best. Grilled or broiled with some lemon, dill, onion and taragon. I use a very small amount of butter some of the time as well. Yummmmmmmm!0 -

I'm on the fence, so I'll post my two favorite ways:
1. Sushi - Tuna, Salmon...willing to always try almost anything at least once (as long as it isn't too deep fried) from a good sushi place.
2. Salmon - Baked at a high heat with some olive oil and pepper on top (~400 degrees for 13-15 minutes)....yum!0 -
Salmon - Sashimi (raw...make sure it's sushi grade)
Salmon - Steamed with shytaki mushrooms, a little bit of ginger, a little bit of soy sauce. (yes I know the mushroom was spelled incorrectly but it's getting censored with *** so I mispelled it)0 -
cod or salmon. baked. with tzatziki on the side. YUM!0
-
I gotta say, my favorite is Catfish, if cleaned properly, breaded with cornmeal/flower mix and fried. Not the most healthy of options.
What can I say....
:bigsmile:0 -
favorite, honestly, is straight out of the river and onto a campfire. preferably salmon or, at the right time of the year, whitefish. garlic, butter and let it go. so good.0

I like all sorts of fish. Tuna, shrimp, salmon. They all mostly taste the same to me. I'll either eat them the way they are, or cooked, grilled, whatever I'll eat it. I like fish0

I love all fish... white fish, salmon, tilapia, swordfish, shellfish.... I love bacala (it's an Italian cod dish). You can make scrod pizzaiola which really isnt that fattening. Just steam it in a pan with a tsp of olive oil and a tad bit of water on each side for a minute and then add crushed tomatoes, capers, a little bit of salt, pepper (red pepper flakes if you like a lil spice) and you can serve it over brown rice. Delish! I also love poached salmon. Grilled swordfish... brush a lil EVOO on each side and when it's almost done you can add a lil bleu cheese or gorgonzola on top and melt it if you have the extra calories left over :-) Everything in moderation is my motto!0
