I don't discriminate, I hate all exercises equally?
^This. Or actually, any exercise (with the exception of sex) that makes me sweat........O.o0 -
Stair Climber! We have a love/hate relationship... I HATE doing it... but I love the amount of calories I burn on it... and how awesome my butt looks after doing it consistently for a while.0

The stair climber. Seeing as I have stairs to get into just about every room in my house, I see no need for this contraption.0

Lunges and Burpees. I can't do burpees anymore. I do lunges that has a count with it. there isolated you go up for 4 counts then 3 then 2 then singles then repeat oh it's a killer.0

Cross Trainer or as most may know it as (mind the spelling) Ellipitcal Tranier. If I could run on a treadmill I would but cause of my leg injuries I am unable too.0

I have a love/hate relationship with running. I hate it because how badly it hurts my shins, feet, knees and ankle joints, but I love it because running is something I never thought I could do- and when I do it, it's like slapping my doubts in the face!0

RUNNING!!! I can do any other cardio for over an hour but I cannot run for more than 2 minutes at a time. I despise it!!!!0

Put me down for lunges. I have **** balance and I spend the whole set feeling like I am going to fall over. Sometimes I DO fall over. And I do the damn things with weights, which are not full to land on.
Seriously, I would trade a 2 minute plank for any number of lunges if it worked that way.0
