I'm 5'4" and my goal is 130-140 depending on how i feel at that weight i may go smaller. I am looking at being more toned and fit then what the scale says0

I'm 5' 4". I started at 150 and put my goal at 130. I am 5 lb away and I could definitely stand to lose more than that. It's been so long since I've been this low, so I was afraid to make my goal too large and then not hit it. Maybe I will change my goal to125!!0

I'm 5'4 and 44 years old. I have been up to 160lbs (my heaviest in 2011) my goal is to make 135lb (18 more lbs to go) which is on the higher side of the "healthy" range. I think the low side is about 115lbs... I haven't seen that since my teen years!

says this: Results:
According to your height of 5' 4" your ideal healthy weight is 130 pounds. Your recommended weight range is between 116 and 145 pounds.
This was calculated using Hamwi formula, a simple formula commonly used by many clinicians.:flowerforyou:0 -
I'm 5'3.5 and my current weight is somewhere around 132. I have a "large frame" according to past dieticians, so anything under 130 is hard for me to maintain without under-eating (which I did for 5+ years). I'm really focusing on building muscle and losing body fat, and looking better naked
You do not look like you have a large frame!!0 -
I'm 5'4" and currently maintaining around 70kg (155/156ish).
I'm wearing Aussie size 10/12 pants (US size 6/8) and am feeling ok here.
I wouldn't mind losing a few more kilos, but I'm not desperate to get thinner - maintaining my weight loss and getting stronger and faster are my current goals.0 -
I'm 5ft 4 and 150....would love to be at 1300

Im a little under 5'5 and my 1st goal is 175 and so on as i see progress.0

5'4'' n i wanna be somewhere between 125 - 130
it depends on how my body would look like0 -
I'm 5' 3" and my current goal is to be around 130. I've read for my height and age I should be around 120 for a healthy BMI but I would be happy to just loose inches around my waist, hips and thighs. I'm currently 150 and feeling a little stuck. I haven't noticed any change in two weeks.0

I'm 5'4"... just reached my goal at 125lbs. I am very happy where I'm at - but need to continue to build muscle and tone up. I might try to drop another 5 lbs - but we'll see. At this point, it's more about toning and gaining strength than dropping lbs. for me. Best of luck to you! You CAN do it.0

5'4 here.
I am more concerned with measurements, I would like to be back at my ideal which was 34-28 (I measure at bellybutton) - 36.
I need to have curves, I live for curves, not fat. I think I'd be happy somewhere between 135-145. I'll see how I feel at 145, then 142, then 140 and lastly if needed at 135.0 -
depends. I'm going for the Kim Kardashian look
135-145lbs0 -
I'm 5'4" and my goal is 150... I started at 216 and am at 197 now... I carry my weight well and no one believes how much I weigh because I have super buff legs!! Haha I think you will know once you're there. Same goes for me if I get to 150 and want to lose more I'll just keep going0
-
I'm 5'5" and at 125lbs right now. Was 158lbs at my highest. I'm happy anywhere between 120-130. Depends on how you are built too I think. I'm curvy and any less than 120lbs and my body is unhappy with me.
Photo of me at 130lbs.
Photo at 125lbs.

I'm 5'4". I started at 151lbs and my first goal was 135 lbs. I have passed that and after seeing a lot of pics on here, I realized I could go further. Now my second (and I think final) goal is 125 lbs. I was 125 lbs when I graduated college 6 years ago and looking back, I think I looked great.0

I'm 5'3", and my goal is 120ish. But I might want to make that a little higher in the end - I want to keep my legs thick.0

I have already. Lost 33 lbs and still need to lose 40lbs I'm 5'8 and a old lady of 53yrs, who wants to get healthy! Good luck to you all! You can do it!0

Great job, you look beautiful and healthy!0

I am 5.4 and would like to be around 125-130 lbs. 10 pounds to go!0

I'm 5'4 and i have hips, thighs, butt, and a gut... the only thing i want to get rid of it the gut. I like my size 9 jeans and so does my boyfriend. I was at 155 when the stomach came to be way too much, I'm thinking i want to go to 130-135 i personally remember being super skinny at 115-120lbs and I was soooo insecure.0

haha thanks! I guess I carry my frame well! I have SUPER broad shoulders and a really wide rib cage (I know that sounds weird, but anything with a side zipper I can forget). I definitely look smaller than I am because I'm muscular. I'm built EXACTLY like my dad, but with big giant boobs.0 -
I'm 5'4" and I am currently just under 170lbs. I was 189lbs last year and lost some weight with Slimming World but I am hoping to get down to at least 145lbs this year. Looking at old photos, I think I look pretty good at around 145lbs, albeit still curvy and a UK 12-14.
I will see how I feel at 145lbs then maybe look to loose another 10-15lbs. I am still quite curvy and a UK size 12 at around 130-135lbs, but I can't imagine going down to a UK size 10 or less.
It's strange because even at around the same height, people with different body shapes carry the weight so differently.0 -
My goal is 126lb - 9 stone sounds pretty good to me! I haven't weighed this since I was 15... should be interesting to see what it feels like. I've worked out that this goal will take 26 weeks (until August) to achieve... so I'm one twenty-sixth of the way there
I looked at this website to get an idea of what I want to weigh/look like...http://www.mybodygallery.com/index.html
Good luck!
Thanks for the link! That was helpful!0 -
I'm 5'4" and my goal was initially 140. I started at 188 about 2 weeks ago so want to lose close to 50lb. Once I get to 140, I might try for 126 depending on how I look and feel at the time. It's more about getting fitter and looking better than the number on the scale.
I'd love to be a UK size 14 again, but would be even better if I could get back to size 12 Think I would look ill if I went any smaller than that though.0 -
I'm 5'4.5 and my goal is a lean 125. I started out at 139 back in 09 and have been in the range of 130-133 since then. I've recently dropped to about 121 but am about 124ish now. Just working on maintaining and toning at this point. Good luck everyone!!!0
