Just wonder what exercise do you hate the most. I'd have to say Jump roping and stair climbing?

Used to be lunges / squats... now that those don't hurt anymore, I'd have to say cardio is my least favorite thing to do. TF workouts are fun though, so that helps.0

I hear of burpee's all of the time but am embarrassed to say I have no idea what they are. Can someone tell me?

Lunges!! Any type... walking lunges, forward lunges, backwards lunges, side lunges, stationary lunges... anything lunges... :grumble:0

I can deal with, and postively attempt everything the instructor throws my way but Lunges make my heart sink!
Im not sure if its partially a mental stumbling block though, as weak knees seem to be a small issue in my family (not weight induced) and perhaps I'm psychologically trying to avoid these! lol I am however getting better at them, but I still hate them!0 -

Push ups with feet balancing on something (like a tube, ball, or step)0 -
Burpees were called squat thrusts when I was in school. Squat down, thrust feet out into plank (or pushup) position, back to squat then stand up, and repeat. They SUCK!0

Tabata! I am not a fan of most cardio to begin with but Tabata brings the pain to a whole new level. :devil:0

Yes! When I first saw them on Biggest Loser I was like "That's not new! That's 7th grade P.E.!" Hated squat thrusts then, hate "burpees now lol.0 -

I'm going to be honest, I hate exercise...all of it. But, I do it because I know I have to if I want to lose weight. Lunges are the worst.0

The burpee is a full body exercise used in strength training and as aerobic exercise. It is performed in four steps, and was originally known as a "four-count Burpee":
1.Begin in a standing position.
2.Drop into a squat position with your hands on the ground. (count 1)
3.Extend your feet back in one quick motion to assume the front plank position. (count 2)
4.Return to the squat position in one quick motion. (count 3)

Or women with weak bladders! I did learn a trick to that though. Instead of having your feet go to the sides, go to the front and back.0 -

Yes, jumping jacks, and burpees. Anything that requires me to do a lot of cardio alongside strength training. If it's just one or the other, I'm fine.0 -
