5 lbs... honestly is nothing... don't eat for 2-3 days and you're there (and its easy to put back on).... but I'm in haha - I want to lose at least 5 lbs but I'm eating 1600-1700 cals cuz im trying to train for a half-marathon...
I don't eat for 2-3 days and I stop losing... my metabolism goes into sleep mode and my body stores my fat instead of releasing it. But.... that's just me.0 -
