I'm 5'10" and at my heaviest I was 294. My goal weight was 180...
I got there and was happy but kept shedding more weight, so then when I reached 174 (which is the top of a "normal" BMI for my height even though I had a healthy body fat % at 195, so that's just silly) I set that as my goal.
I'm around 167 now and don't want to get any lighter, but I do want to keep building muscle.
I currently have 23% body fat, which is great, and I'm fine with it, but I know it will go down more as I continue to gain muscle.
I guess my goal was - and always will be - to be healthy.0 -

I know 110 might seem low to some people, but I have a small frame and I feel my best at 110, It's only been about 18 months since I was actually at that weight, so hopefully I can get back there.0 -

Figure 100 lbs for 5'
and 5 lbs for every additional inch of height.
So, you being 5' 7, your 'ideal' weight should be: 135
I beleive this is for a medium frame person. I would think a good range for you would be 130-140 lbs.
I have heard of this, too...with a +or- 5 lbs...so I am 5'6" and strive to be between 125-135....I do like to stay around the 132lbs mark,though, with muscle0 -

I am 5'7" (and old and shrinking rapidly). I was 108 when I got married 19 years ago. I don't think, nor want, to be there again. I thought my goal was 150 but when I googled what my weight should be it said 143. So that's what I'm striving for. I started at 168 and am now around 153 (lowest I've been in years) so I'm hoping I'll make it.0

I'm 5' 7" and 174, my goal is to get down to 150. I'm wondering how everyone's weight goal is related to their height and current weight? Have you reached your goal? Pics are welcome!! I'm trying to find out what I would actually look like at 150. :-)
I'm 5'7" too. That said, I think it's impossible to "see what you would look like". Every body type is different and has curves (or not) in different places. Not to mention that people have different bone masses, etc. Personally, I can't/won't go by the "you are x height so you should weigh x pounds" theory. I am very large breasted and have curvy hips, thighs, and a nice round @ss so I can't possibly be expected to weigh the same amount as a woman who is the same height and has smaller breasts and/or a naturally flat @ss. This whole what you weigh being based on your height thing is nonesense as far as I'm concerned.0 -
I asked my doctor what my goal weight should be and she also told me 5lbs for every inch so at 5'7 your goal would be 135lbs.
I am 5'6 so started with a goal of 130 but kept losing. I went down to 110! To little! and am now at 1200 -
