    Fantastic! I'm a little jealous because I've lost almost ten and I cannot see a single change. Might be to do with the fact I'm very tall though

    Can I ask how tall you are? I am also tall, and people have a hard time believing me when I tell them how much I weigh. ;)

    It's amazing how much difference 10lbs makes! Of course doing your exercising is definitely helping toning up. Now I REALLY need to take some pictures this weekend!!!!!!

    I lost 10lbs in a month too, so good seeing somebody elses results as it makes you actually realise what you have done.
