Do you think it is possible for boobs to get perkier? I feel like my boobs are a bit saggy

I am lifting heavy weights etc so will this help? Obviously the boobs aren't a muscle so when I work my chest muscles is this helping my breasts?
Can I hope that they will be a little more perky when I lose the weight or should I just not get my hopes up at all?
(Sorry my questions are a bit all over the place, i am supposed to be studying for an exam and my brain is a bit mushier than normal so I thought I would take a boob assessing break).
