    I am 5'9 1/4 and this is a side-by-side from when I was 50lbs down (from 204.8 down to 153)... I'm hoping to eventually get somewhere in the 140s

    I'm 5'8", started at 318, but had already lost 27 when the first pic was taken. Second pic is me after losing 101 lbs.

    This is a side view I took after someone told me to stop dressing like a fat girl! Still have about 50 more lbs I want to lose.

    Congrats to you as you look amazing I'm 5' 8" and was 213.4 and are now 185 i have discovered the gym and walking something i never thought i woud be interested in as was a bit of a couch potato. now i love it also love not having quite the tummy i had before .. but why is it that is the last fat that goes? My legs, bum and boobs have lost the most. but its the little things like no more multiple chins and my eyes seem bigger as ive lost weight of my cheeks ( no more moon face) my question is why did i wait so long.

    Great job.... a true inspiration. I wish I could take a pic of me now for a comparison, but I don't like to look at myself in the mirror.

    I'm 5'8 - 43 years old
    Starting weight - 182lbs
    Current/Goal - 134 lbs (I will flux between 130-134 lbs)

    Great job and unbelievable how one can change their whole look. I hope I can do the same.
    Plus you show great class... as a guy I already feel the pressure of the before and after in just shorts or underwear holding a newspaper... I like how you used class and grace to show your weight loss pictures.

    I am 5' 9, I joined Jenny Craig in July and my consultant is Chrystal and she is the best! I have lost 41 lbs. so far. I am currently trying to make it over a hump. I am stuck on the weight loss train!
