    I am 5'8 and my CW is 199. I have lost 55 lbs since July 2011.My GW is 145 or somewhere around there I will have to see how I feel the closer I get. This is my first time posting pics so I hope it works :smile:

    My profile pic was taken last week @ 135 lbs. My highest in my twenties was @ 215lbs (size 16/18). It was a really sad time in my life and very few pictures remain of that time after movers lost my boxes of personal momentos 5 years ago. In a way that was very freeing LOL. I am now a size 4/6. My goal is now building muscle and hopefully lose 5 lbs. for the cruise we are taking once my DH returns from deployment. Congrats on your successful journey and feel free to add me if you would like for the journey ahead!

    i'm technically 5'7 but i'd say its pretty close. here is my weight loss. i've gained a little back but i'm getting back on the wagon and have been working hard.
