3.5 miles on 2/5
I have been on work/workout restrictions since last week due to a back injury at work. I am ready to get back into it this week and I am hoping that I can reach my goal. I know it will be hard, but I am determined. All of you inspire me to get back out there and succeed at this goal.

I love this idea! Maybe we can start on March 1 also .. i wonder how I could translate all of my insane LesMills group fitness sessions into miles? hmm.
I use heart rate and compare it to my HR at different running paces. Say if my HR average during an hour class is 165, and that is about what it is when I run a 10 minute mile I equate it to a 6 mile run. If I don't have my HR monitor I decide if it was easier or harder than running 6 miles in an hour and go from there, but that's just me. Good luck!0 -

For those of you who were posting that you don't know how to equivelate non-walking/running related workouts to match up with this challange : There are challanges onthese message boards for minuts spent working out insted of distances covered. Those would be great challanges for you to join.0
