I'm 5'8" (little taller), but this is mine:

25 lbs on MFP lost, 32 lbs total. Still a ways to go. I'm over halfway there though.

P.S. Please excuse the crazy weird smile....

I'm 5'6.5", so I'm pretty close to it, haha. My starting weight was somewhere around 205, I weighed in at 174.0 this morning. :)
I've lost right around 30 pounds, here's my pictures:

In high school, before Winter Formal

Another bad photo- I was supposed to look manly, no worries!

This was at 25 pounds lost (I have some more muscle definition now):

And here I am just a few days ago, wearing a very flattering shirt, haha:

My current weight is 149. I am mainly focusing on toning now, but want to lose 9-16 more lbs.

I have been doing a multitude of things... main exercise is running and the Shred DVD.

As far as eating, I am still nursing my son, so I keep my calories at about 1500-1600. I eat tons of fresh produce and lean protein. 100oz of water per day. No white flour, only whole wheat.

That's not to say I am super strict and never allow treats. Today was my off day so I enjoyed chips and guac and too much candy during our movie night :) But I get right back at it the next day. It's a lifestyle for me now!

    I'm a mom of 4 kids, ages 8, 6, 3 and 1.

    You just... do it! LOL

Add to that my hubby is in the Army and he just returned home a few weeks ago from Afghanistan. He was deployed all of last year... so he was very happy to have a fit wife now! lol

It always seems easier to lose weight when the hubby's gone. For me anyways. My hubby is air force and he was away for a few months retraining and I lost 20 pounds. It's nice when you know they're proud! :)
