Calling all small chested women...

I am so scared that when I lose another 40+ lbs I will lose what I have of my boobs. I'm 5'6'' and a B cupish. I was hoping some people could provide success stories that are small chested too, so I don't feel so bad about myself haha. I've lost 15 lbs already, but I still have 69 lbs to go, so they haven't changed much.
Please, help a girl out.

I have the same fear as you! I have a C cup but I'm positive I won't keep them!! Boo0

I guess I was lucky, I've always been a pear so I never lost boobs. But, then again...I had none. So I went out and bought some. They aren't going anywhere, now.
I know quite a few people who have had it done as a treat after losing all the weight
But if not, and you do still lose some of your chest, just remember that you're so much healthier now than you used to be.0 -
I will help you feel better about yourself! I am so small that I can not even fit into an A cup. I've lost 35lbs and they stayed the same size but I have worried the whole time about getting any smaller. See, your situation could be worse!0
-
it happens! Lot's of girls lose their chest when they drop weight, and it can be annoying but for me personally I rather have a small chest and a small tummy, then big boobs and a big tummy. Just go to La Senza and get the double push-up bra lol, me and my roommate call it the 30$ boob job! lol0

I actually have always had large breasts so I don't know if it'll mean anything coming from me, but I've looked at a lot of women who had big breasts and lost a lot of weight and their boobs pretty much disappeared. I've lost 73lbs but haven't gone down a cup size at all. I think it all depends on your body. For me, I just will always be naturally busty. It just all depends on your genes. My mom is an A cup and she lost about 30lbs a few years ago and her breasts didn't change either.0
-
I worried about that too. I'm in a B cup and they didn't grow when I was pregnant OR nursing. :grumble: So hopefully they won't shrink any more. But like the other ladies say. Theres always push up bras and fake ones, right? Which Is probably where I'll be headed anyway concidering I've nursed 3 children. :ohwell:0
-
My band size shrunk because I lost a lot of back fat, but my boobs stayed about the same. If they didn't get much bigger with weight gain, they won't shrink much with weight loss.0
-
I don't really have much of anything to lose, but really isn't it worth losing a little weight in your boobs (which is all fat) if you're losing weight elsewhere, too? Do some strength training chest work. It'll help give you a natural lift.0

yup happened to me. i use to be a b cup now an a. went from 138 to 110 in weight. Boobs are fat so I expected it, but I would rather have small boobs and be fit.0
-
Yep, happened to me too, and I'm a pear shape, and will be till the day I die. Chest was the first place to go.. I was a b cup before, at 215 lb, now I'm an a-b cup. I prefer the Maidenform T-shirt bras because they have a comfortable underwire and are smooth across the front, so they look awesome on me in t-shirts and tanks, which is what I wear most of the time. Costco sells a 2 pack in lots of colors and sizes.
I haven't changed my bra size though, they just fit much better now.
They're still a handful for hubby, and that's what matters. teehee.0 -
I have lost 44 lbs and they went from a very full D to a b-c. It's all good. I'm healthier now and well there is always padding in bras to help me along. I'd rather get a tummy tuck than a boob job if I need it so i guess they will always be small. I suspect they will stay at around a b when all is said and done.0

This makes me sad. In fact this whole topic always makes me a little sad.
Ive just never been able to understand why women feel more is better? And even to say that it makes one feel better about themselves, makes me aww...
ALL women are beautiful. All sizes and shapes.
And its a lot more attractive to see a woman who's confident in who she is, than to know about the insecurities.
Bleh.. Im probably not making any sense - but be happy in who you are. Because you ARE beautiful.0 -
Mine shrunk a lot. I went from a 36C to a 32C (which is really a b cup, I don't get why). I actually think I'm at a 32B right now though which would be an A cup.0

I always lose my girls! *sighs* I wish it was my butt! LOL0
-
I've always been small chested. Always been barely a B cup...except when I was nursing, then I was chesty Morgan! Now, I feel like that are smaller than ever. The thing is, as much as I get boob~envy from time to time, I'm very comfortable with the size I am.
For me, small boobs are great when you're a runner, no black eyes from bouncing boobies and small boobs look better in some styles of clothing. ( I felt weirdly uncomfortable in lots of my regular clothing when they bigger. )
Whatever size you end up being, I'm sure they'll be nice and proportionate to your new fit body!
*edited for spelling, I'm sure there are more, but oh well*0 -

...my butt is always the last to go too!0 -
Haa yeah, I went from a 36C to a 32A after losing a bunch of weight. I don't mind though. I actually like them a lot better now. They don't get in the way as much0
-
Mine are B right now but since I know they are only inflated by fat, I don't mind losing them. If they go back to the tiny A again I know I'll have accomplished a lot since they should mean I've reached my weight goal.
I did enjoy them while I had them (or still have) but the huge belly just isn't worth it.0 -
I'm convinced I'll lose my already teeny-tiny boobs....and, I don't care! When it happens, I'll accept that my body fat percentage TRULY has decreased to the level that I want it at!0
-
Ive always been an A cup and I embrace it i rarely wear a bra, even to the gym, i can buy size xs and s tops, my back will never hurt and i wont get saggy0
-
I lost mine 38 c to a boy chest IT'S VERY SAD :-(0
-
Hey look on the bright side at least you have some! I dont even fill out an A cup. Gets very frustrating when you cant get a bra at the store that fits perfectly.0

This is my plan! hehe As a reward for earning the body of my dreams, I'm getting a set of boobs. I already have the name of the doctor, and when I get closer to my goal, I'm gonna set up a consultation for more information.0 -
I was 210lbs at my heaviest and a large B then. Once I got down to about 170-160, I was much smaller-chested. Now, at 150 lbs, I'm a small A. Of course, everyone is different, but most of my friends with similar weight loss stories lost a lot of their boobage along with it.0

I think it depends on what your breasts are currently made up of - the structural fat that gives breasts their oh-so popular shape is not likely to go away that much, but if you have extra fat hanging out in that area, it will disappear along with the rest of your excess and unecessary body fat. Part of the reason women usually have, and definitely need, a higher body fat % than men is because we require more structural fat. It cushions our organs and such but also forms our lovely lady bumps. I don't think you'd lose that unless you were underweight.
Just my thoughts!
I've always been a B or nearly B, but birth control bumped me up a cup size.... whee! lol. Don't know if I'll lose it again if I go off the pill, or after I have children, or if I get super duper fit and toned.0 -
lost 130 pounds, went from a DD to an "A" on a good day
I don't mind at all, I will take being a size 4 over a 24 any day0 -

I am you, or you are me. I feel exactly the same way. Sometimes I wish for more, but I don't think I'd do surgery. Husband is happy, so mostly I am, too.0 -
Please don't take this the wrong way...
But not all of us guys are all about a large chest.
Just saying.....:glasses:0
