    There were a lot of people who posted that they were on a plateau and were going to apply the different pieces of advice in the article. Does anyone have any follow-up? Did you apply it? How soon after did you notice results and what did you do?

    I noticed results at my next weigh in a week later when I did this =)
    Even after a almost 6 month plateau reason I shared the info =)
