Ladies-forget the men, what do you want for Vday?

If I could have anythinggg... I'd like chocolate covered strawberries (not good for the diet, but these are hypothetical calories LOL) and/or flowers delivered to work. I'd love it if my boyfriend would clean the apartment so I didn't have to. I'd like to go see The Vow. I'd LOVE a massage.
But all I asked him for was a Reese's peanut butter heart LOL that's all I really need.0 -
We don't do squat for Valentine's Day anymore. And, to be honest, I'm okay with that. Cards sucks, flowers die (plus, we have a cat who will eat the damn things anyway.)
My perfect Valentine's gift would be a huge day-long shopping spree just by myself.... now THAT would be sweet.0 -
It would be cool to get flowers and maybe a nice dinner homemade or otherwise Odds are I'll get... chocolate. Which I will try my hardest not to eat.0

-_- A wedding band, seeing as I still don't have one after being married for six months. But I WILL be happy with what my husband did get me > A puppy! We can't go pick him up until the 13th of March though =(0

West Ham to beat Southampton (top of the table clash). I shall be spending my valentines at the football with a good friend, and will maybe have a pint or two before hand. Cannot wait!0
-
Okay, well as pathetic as this sounds, I'd love someone to come clean my house and send me to the spa for the day.
indeed!!! :P i pick this0 -
To be appreciated Flowers, a card and and "I Love you".0

 Dont think i will be getting anything ... Lol..0

I'm definitely a plant/flower kind of girl. They may not last as long, but I'd prefer that to jewelry any day ~ unless we're talking engagement ring, but I guess I'd at least need a boyfriend for that!0

I think I would want my family and friends to no longer be in crisis. Nothing for myself. I am just so tired emotionally, I don't know that I could handle another crisis. It's too draining. Why can't we go back to being happy again.0

OMG I want a DATE ! LOL
I spend the whole year being so busy I don't have time for a relationship then VDay comes and I'm short !! :ohwell:0 -
I'd really like some kettlebells and some new workout clothes / trainers. With a valentines card.
I know i'm not getting those but DH has planned a healthy meal (ok that excludes pudding but I can burn that in calories) at home so that it's not totally blowing the day out of the water. Also I know he has bought me something suitably 'girlie' from a card shop. I don't know what it is though. lol
I must say the 24 hours peace and house clean sounds good.0 -

a day without a comment about what I should be doing.0

What I want is just flowers and sex (sorry if that's crass haha). What WILL I get? Perfume. Which is nice, but sometimes a girl still needs to be wooed, even if she is married.0

I want my friend to get better and lots of money. Money gives us so many choices in life.0

Dinner and a movie. That is all. We don't exchange gifts on Valentines Day. Rather we buy something for the both of us. Last year we re-did our room. This year we bought a couples game and are getting a photo shoot done of us. I celebrate Valentines day though I don't tend to agree with it. What we do on Valentines Day minus the gifts should be done through out the year.0

What I don't want is a man!!! Been there...many times...done that!0

I want a ruger 9mm SR9.
Nothing says love like a new firearm!!
I got my wife a Bersa .380 2 years ago for Mother's Day. She still hasn't fired it. Maybe I should get her a gift card for an hour at the range for VD? :happy:0 -
A pledge that once a month, we go on a real date where I don't have to find a babysitter. Also, a pledge that once a week, I get to have a day or evening where I can leave the house and do something fun like a dance or fitness class, coffee or dinner with friends, something where I am not with the kids and I can do my hair and makeup and wear something nice without someone's peanutbuttery hands or snotty nose ruining it.
What am I going to get? Probably some wine and maybe chocolate and watching a movie downstairs. In our house. That I never leave.0 -
A break! lol. My husband to go to a country concert with me (he hates country). A clean house, a non crying child, and maybe just maybe dinner made for me lol
A BOB would be nice, or a treadmill. That way I dont have to wait around on the sitter/deal with a busted up jogger whil erunning. I bet I could shave off two minutes to a mile!0 -
My fiance and I are completely opposite schedules (I work normal 9-6 but he commutes over an hour into NYC for a 11-8pm shift everyday). He doesn't get home until 10pm but since I head to the gym at 6am most mornings I'm usually in bed or getting ready to fall asleep by then.
SO! He's taking a half day at work and going to have my favorite meal prepared when I get back from work. Honestly, a week night watching our favorite movies & eating a nice dinner is all I want. I'm very excited for tomorrow night!0 -

You totally should! I have that gun, and I really like it. Perfect for concealed carry.0 -
I honestly would love to get a card. Just a card, I don't need anything else.
I won't be getting one though.. Boyfriend just doesn't care this year.
We are going to a special concert that I won us tickets to... It's not the same though.0 -

Where do I sign up?0 -
A day off from 'real life' and everything it entails. Stress is pretty overwhelming right now, so having a complete escape would be nice, if just for a day.
^^ thisA happy ending! When is it again?
and this ^^0 -
For me the day doesn't exist and I don't know what significance it holds.
If i had a woman i would show her my love in my way consistently, rather than once a year.
Exactly. Why should a calendar dictate when you do or say nice things to the one you love? And only one time a year??? No thanks.0 -

Amen!!! My husband is so busy with 2 full time jobs and being a full time student with 4 24 hour clinical shifts a week that I don't get to see him hardly at all. I'm home all the time with the kids (which I don't mind, I love my kids to pieces), but I long for the saturday mornings that I get to go to Zumba for an hour and the twice a year that I get to go away with my sister to a weekend long scrapbooking retreat!
As for this Valentine's Day, I would love a massage or a new car seat for my baby girl (sounds silly, but I can't carry her in her infant seat anymore - she's too heavy!). I won't hold my breath for the massage since I flat out tell him this for my birthday and christmas every year and he never comes through. I will get the car seat though, thank goodness for the Babies R Us trade in event! Ha!0 -
I would LOVE for the furnace guy to hurry up and get his butt here.. It's a bit too cold out 22 to be without heat...lol OHHH the joys of home ownership...lol (and growing up)0
