Giggling Fat Hurts!!!

Please MFPs dont let me be the only one.....

Have any of you tried and pants or undergarments for walking/jogging/running that keeps your fat giggle from hurting??? I know, its gross :( but when I have tried to jog a little my *kitten*/back/thigh/belly fat gets to moving and it hurts!!!! BADLY!!! And, if I am being honest, I worry what I must look like...

So have you had this problem or found anything that helps keep it in check?
