I'm 29 years old. I wanted to shed 10-15 lbs and have already lost 6. Losing weight is really hard when you only have a little bit to lose. You have to really stick to your calorie goals and make sure you get some exercise in every day.0

Hi, I just joined this site today and just stumble on the community page. Love it already! I'm 23 and looking to lose 16 pounds. I gained 10 being unemployed (just move to a different state to be with the boyfriend) and quit smoking. I live with two boys that don't have a problem eating everything and still staying skinny so some friends looking to help motivate me would be really nice. ADD ME!!!!0

Hey im 18 ,and ,well, already overweight. Since diabetes and such run in my family I'm trying to prevent what i can and it'd be nice to feel comfortable in my own skin. So far this site has helped me lose weight and even when I'm not logged in for weeks at a time, I have maintained the weight I lost. This site has been awesome!

I'm waiting to move home before I start using weights and stuff, just because my friends back home know how to do things and will help! I'm thinking of starting with yoga or pilates or the exercise ball, and then move into weights in the spring...
