Looks like you are making a "sandwich" of sorts, with two pieces of tilapia and stuffing per "sandwich".
300 cals is per serving/sandwich, not per piece of fish.
And YUM!0 -
Calls for 4 pieces..and there are 2 servings...so 2 pieces per serving.0

Even when a recipe gives me the calories, I still enter it into the recipe tool here to make sure. Different brands have different counts and it doesn't hurt to double check.0

Great recipe! Is it 8 oz servings? 4 pieces of Tilapia 4 ounces each plus the shrimp? Wow, I like this one!0

I agree, I think the nutrition info is per serving.
Thank you for this recipe, by the way...I am going to try it. Looks delicious!
By the way, what is Old Bay Seasoning? I'm not sure that's available where I live. However, if I know what's in it, maybe I can substitute.

Old bay seasoning is a spice commonly used on seafood to give it a extra kick. I have often found it not with the spices but by the frozen and fresh seafood. If there's a walmart where you leave it's generally sitting on a rack next to the seafood.0 -

I made this for dinner tonight and it was fantastic. The only thing I'll do different next time is I will cook the bottom layer of fish for 10 or 15 minutes then put the shrimp stuffing and top layer of fish on it and cook for 20 more minutes. That bottom piece just doesn't cook through. I will definitely be making this again. Thanks for the recipe.0
