My favorite is swimming freestyle at a decent clip for 60 year old for 50 minutes. Do not take much time on your turns.

Zumba wins this survey every time!! :) Depending on the teacher it can vary in levels of awesomeness, but it still pretty much rocks. Instead of fighting with myself to go to the gym, i can't wait until the next class. It's the only thing i ever go to at a set time that i am ever on time for. lol

    Les Mills BodyCombat!!!

^^this! Or combine cardio with strength training in Les Mills Body Pump! For machines I adore the Arc Trainer.

LOL! This made me laugh really hard. I want to get a jump rope now though, that is a really good idea!

    Yay walking!

I love to walk. I'd rather walk for an hour than run/bike/whatever for 10 minutes. But actual walking, y know, outside. None of thie dvd on the spot or treadmill stuff. That's boring.

And jumping rope would come second.

I prefer to use the elliptical in comparison to the treadmill because it gives your whole body a workout.

My exercise routine is usually 25-30 minutes of elliptical then weights then treadmill for about 5-10 minutes (walking/jogging).

But I have heard good things about Zumba as well :)

I am a runner...through and through....I change up my workouts by doing speed work, or hills. I once was a member at the Y and absolutly loved the stairmaster...not stairclimber. The difference is the Stair master is like a mini escalator... it kicked my butt everytime.

Biking! At the gym, I get bored easily and only bike 5 or 6 miles when I'm there, but when I'm home in the summers, I try to bike 10-12 miles every other day. I can't bike every day because I broke my tailbone 5 years ago and it only hurts when I sit for extended periods of time. Poopy. I haaaaaaaaaate running so much. I hate how boring it is, I hate how my knees start to die and pop and crack 5 minutes in, and I hate how my boobs have a mind of their own, even when strapped down :(
