Zumba wins this survey every time!! Depending on the teacher it can vary in levels of awesomeness, but it still pretty much rocks. Instead of fighting with myself to go to the gym, i can't wait until the next class. It's the only thing i ever go to at a set time that i am ever on time for. lol0

Les Mills BodyCombat!!!
^^this! Or combine cardio with strength training in Les Mills Body Pump! For machines I adore the Arc Trainer.0 -

LOL! This made me laugh really hard. I want to get a jump rope now though, that is a really good idea!0 -
if you have the iphone, download the nike training app..
It will get you cardio fit and leave you with a buff body!0 -
Yay walking!
I love to walk. I'd rather walk for an hour than run/bike/whatever for 10 minutes. But actual walking, y know, outside. None of thie dvd on the spot or treadmill stuff. That's boring.
And jumping rope would come second.0 -
zumba! Especially if you get a good instructor! I have two that I rotate through their classes! I have a HRM and usually burn 700-800 calories per class!0
