My favorites are Zumba; spin class; anything Turbo (kick, Jam, Fire) and my new love is racquetball0

I love the stair master 15 minutes on that and then a few laps around a track... helps do wonders. lost 7 inches in 5-6 weeks doing that. now I added zumba on the Wii and I am more active. I am also going to start adding weight lifting soon.0

P90X Plyometrics - love, love, love it! (Insanity is awesome too!)0

Kickboxing on a standup or heavy bag is VERY challenging and can burn up to 1000 calories an hour for some. The hitting and kicking also helps to make bones more dense and since there's resistance you can make the workout harder and harder by more "umph" behind your punching and kicking.

I really like putting a pack on with about 35 lbs or however much you can handle in weight put the incline up to 8 to 10 on the treadmill and walk resembles hiking kinda anyway, spin and the stair master0

I have 3 favorite cardio workouts (I strongly believe I need to change it up frequently to keep see results and avoid boredom):
1. I love Just Dance for Wii or Xbox-- I have so much fun dancing that I lose track of time and end up doing at least 45 minutes to 2 hours sometimes without even realizing it...my kids and hubby end up joining me and it becomes a fun family time too.
2. I also really like EA Sports Active 2 for Wii because there is a heart rate monitor and the physical trainer on the program has clear instructions while doing various cardio workouts so I dont get bored with the same routine all the time.
3 . Speed walking is another that I enjoy-- I started out by walking 10 minutes a day, each week I increased by 5 more minutes; each day I tried to challenge myself to get further in distance in the same amount of time. (Keep arms moving when walking to increase calorie burn)0 -
zumba!!0

Oh man, this is a tough one. It's a tie between body combat and group cycling! Love the music in both and my heart rate doesn't take a break! :-D0

Jump rope. Start w 1 min jumping, 1 min rest for 10 mins....try to increase to 2 mins / 1 rest....etc..
Killer cardio workout!
Bodypump kicks serious *kitten* as well!0 -
My votes are for:
1) Playing squash- absolutely smashes your legs and eventually leads to the mystical 'squash *kitten*'!
2) Spinning- can't beat the zen and the atmosphere is great motivation
3) Mini mountain hiking- find a good 800-1000mt mountain with a path and charge up! the fresh air is great and the sense of achievement when reaching the top is very adictive.0 -
Ahhhhhhhhh! Shemar Moore is really hot!!!0

I use the Nike Training Club (NTC) app on my iphone and I love it . It's 30 minutes of interval training with essentially a different exercise every minute- so you never get bored.0

I'm a huge fan of the triathlon sports: swim/bike/run. Whether you do them inside or outside, that's up to you. I personally love running & biking outside though, weather permitting0

Swimming, water jogging, aqua zumba/aqua aerobics , biking, zumba, and rowing/elliptical/jump rope. I'd like to get into rollerblading and triathlons.0

My own 20 min HIIT session is probably my favorite.
-2 minutes walking
-Run .5-1 miles (depending on the day)
-Sprint for a minute (10mph+), walk for 45 seconds, repeat as many times as you'd like.
Just ordered a speed jump rope and I can't wait to get started on that, I'll proabably come up with some circuit exercise once I get it. Signed up for Lifetime Fitness today as well. I always used to love swimming and plan on getting back into it again now that I have access to a lane pool.0 -
Running while smoking is a great exercise. Actually the Stair Master is my fave although weather permitting I'm road or mountain biking.0
