Tuna, a bit of mayo/miracle whip, chopped celery and/or cucumber, and chopped apple. Makes a good snack just as it is, or in a lettuce wrap or pita pocket.

Yum - tuna, granny smith apple, red pepper, celery, Miracle Whip, cracked pepper.... haven't made this in awhile

how do you make your homemade mayo? and how many calories are in it?

I like tuna with mashed up advocado instead of mayo on 100% whole wheat sandwich thins or whole wheat wrap.

    Tuna, light mayo, relish
I keep it simple because I always put it in a complex salad anyways.

I typically do it one of two ways...tuna, a little bit of olive oil based mayo, relish, sweet peas, & hardboiled eggs (I usually just use the white), then eat that plain or on a light whole grain pita. OR I'll use tuna, red wine vinegar, a bit of olive oil, italian seasoning, small bits of sharp cheese, and then whatever veggies I have on hand...usually carrots, bell peppers, tomatoes, snap peas etc...if you like a little kick, jalapenos are good in there as well

Tuna (in olive oil & garlic - well drained)
Best Foods Mayo (not the lite version)
Chopped red onion, pickles & capsicum
    Splash of vinegar (usually balsamic)

Tempted to try the curry powder suggested above but have no idea how I'd know if I was buying a sweet one or not! Here in NZ I'm fairly sure we only have the one type and it certainly isn't sweet, lol.
