    Okay, don't shoot me here, but are you sure you should lose weight? I am also 5'7" and if I was at 120lbs. I would be quite under weight. My guess is that your body is happy where it is and doesn't need or want to lose any weight. If you're concerned though, I would suggest meeting with a dietician who could put on on an appropriate meal and exercise plan.
