    Oh no...not alone but I love that feeling so I have it bookmarked I want to try to keep doing it until I can do the whole thing without stopping!!

    I have about 3 weeks left to the 60 day insanity program and I love it, I can feel myself getting stronger every day and I can tell that I am building endurance.

    where can you get or view this 15 min workout to do it. i seen it on dr oz the other day but didn't know where to get the full 15 min.... would love to try it, i don't think i could ever do the other vids as they are too long, never have that much time to do a video..

  • My son and I did this 15 min workout together last night. My son is a distance runner and also plays basketball and baseball. Needless to say he is very active and very fit. While I wouldn't say he found the workout too hard he said he was definately challenged by it and said he pushed himself to keep up. I was not able to get near the reps in that Shaun T or Dr Oz were doing but I know I got a good workout. I've never sweated so much in just 15 min! My legs and butt are sore today.

    I really liked that workout. Although my Double Diamonds weren't very "diamond-y" the rest of it was good.

    So, for those of you who have done Insanity, is it more of this craziness? I just might have to ask for Insanity for my birthday. That or the new JM's Body Revolution set.

    Yes it is definitely more of this craziness, there is a reason they call it Insanity, and Month ones work outs are just to build you up for Month 2 but it is fun and totally worth is! Shuan T is a great motivator and his program helps you get stronger as you go! I have 2 weeks left to the program and I honestly think I am going to do it again because I enjoyed it that much!

  • Has anyone wore a HRM while doing the 15 min wrkout? I did it but I have no idea what to even guess for the calories burned.

    I wear one for the full Insanity workout. It is a must (chest strap HRM) for an accurate calorie burn.

    If you go to Livestrong.com and search for Insanity - they have an article for the calorie burn for guys and gals for the PURE CARDIO workout - which is the worst one IMHO. Here's the link:

    I'm sure it's been mentioned... add another 25 - 30 minutes to this and it's his average Insanity video... until you get to his Max workouts... Great cardio work...

    Get the Polar FT4. It is designed for women. It keeps track of calories burned, how long you worked out and how long you were "in the zone" (heartrate). Plus it is easy to use! I even wear it when I'm doing house work because it's so much fun watching THOSE calories add up:)
