Cinnamon Apples

I just made this delicious snack:

2 apples- peeled, cored, and sliced (I used Gala apples, amounting to about 230 grams)
1 Tbl Country Crock Light Butter
1 Tsp brown sugar
1 Tsp splenda
Cinnamon to taste (I used quite a bit....)

Melt butter and brown sugar in a sauce pan on medium heat. Mix splenda, apples, and cinnamon. Add to pan and cook on medium for about ten minutes or until apples are soft and heated through. Enjoy! This recipe makes a good amount of food and could easily be increased or decreased according to what you like.

Using my measurements it only amounted to about 130 calories, plus 5g fiber from the apples!
