    This is great news!!!! Did you lose weight by watching calorie first or did you also workout at your heaviest? My husband read your story and is inspired. He is also a heavy set man and the doc's told him to have a surgery. I dont want that for him and neither does he. Please let us know. Thanks, you look amazing!

    When I first started it was more a lifestyle and mental change, so eating less and cutting out anything unhealthy,
    I tended to try and eat until I was full and then stop, because one of my main problems, was because I would feel guilty about wasting food and over eat

    I lost nearly 8 stone this way with the addition of general exercise such as walking, I then began doing free weights at home, and
    once I felt more confident I joined a gym and have been doing a more focused routine now to help build muscle and tone up
