I check my progress on Wensday as a check to sww how I am doing to see if I need to change or workout more. Then I offically check in on Sunday morning before I eat0

I've only been weighing in once a month....is that too infrequently? So, I've had 5 weigh in/measurement days since September. Any thoughts from more experienced mfp members? Thanks! 0 0

I weigh in periodically through the week, but my 'report in' day is Sunday mornings, right after my first work out. Good or bad, it gets reported. 0 Good or bad, it gets reported. 0

I do it every morning before breakfast since that's my real weight. I use to do it every Monday in the morning and night. I type in my weight some day of the week when I hit a low.0

Weigh pretty much every morning. I do not necessarily log it daily (due to natural fluctuations). As long as the weigh in shows the general trend, I go ahead and log it. If it spikes (for no known reason) I usually don't log until it follows the general trend. Most days, it shows the general loss pattern. If the trend changed over 3-4 days, I would honestly log that as a significant change.0

Monday morning, before eating, with no clothes on. That's my official weigh-in. Usually jump on the scales on a FRiday morning as well, to see how the week's progressing (am much better on weekends than the week, so it inspires me to do even better)...0

Sunday morning. I weigh and measure every week. Good or bad, it's there.0

I weigh myself several times a week. I log it if it improves. Typically, I log on Friday mornings or before dinner, since we usually go out for Friday night dinners. I have been fortunate to have been losing weight consistently, so I haven't logged any increases. I hope to keep this trend. :happy:0

I weigh every morning, I always bounce around 1-2 lbs from day to day but I chip away at the bottom number. Record my lowest as I see it.0

            Everyday!!0

Sunday Mornings before church--I think it can be a bit obsessive and destructive to do it daily-- at least it was for me. I focus and keep a better perspective if I simply do it once a week.0

I glace at it everyday after I wake up and go to the bathroom, but only log Wednesday's weight.0

I officially weigh-in on Monday mornings. However, I have a bad habit of getting on the scale a couple times a day. 0 0

I weigh myself every day, naked, RIGHT after I get up, after peeing. That way it's always a consistent measurement (SCIENCE! It works!)
I used to weigh myself once a week, but I'd get disheartened when I gained weight. Now with weighing every day, I actually see daily changes up and down, and am less flustered by them, because often they go in a little pattern of up and down up and down. and it's way less disheartening to see a graph that's messy but steadily going downwards! 0 0

i do sunday nights most of the time ...0

I started doing it on Sundays, but Saturday is my "cheat day", so now I do it on Saturday morning. Might as well weight-in after a week of hard work, and not after a day of stuffing my face
Same with me. I do my weigh in Saturday morning, because Saturday is usually my high calorie day. I figure most of the time I'm going to have a dinner invite or have some drinks is going to be a Saturday night so weighing on Sun/Mon wouldn't work. It feels weird to do mid week. I do check every day, but my body takes a while to catch up sometimes and I hold steady to one number for a while and then all of a sudden drop a couple at the end. I don't see the ounce by ounce loss which can be discouraging.0

Monday mornings. It sets the pace for the week. I will be doing it Sunday this week though as I will be traveling during the week and won't have access to my normal scale.0

I weigh on Friday mornings to see what damage was done so I can "fix" it before the actual Monday weigh in:laugh:
LOL I'm opposite! I weigh in Monday mornings to see what damage I did over the weekend, so I can fix it before weigh in on Friday! So far I haven't gained over the weekend *knock on wood* but I have trouble working out and eating as well on weekends when we are all busy.0
