I usually weigh-in on Sundays, but I just started a challenge with a few friends, and we decided to weigh in on Fridays. It's going to be a little confusing switching from Sunday to Friday! I'll probably end up just weighing in both days....!0

The 1st of every month. So whatever day that falls on is good for me.0

I weigh in and log my weight on a Monday morning but jump on the scales most days, first thing in the morning.0

My official weigh in is on Sunday! But, I like to weigh on Thursdays as well just to see how things are looking, and if I need to crank up my exercise a notch for example0

My official weigh-in day is Sunday, BUT I tend to weigh myself everyday. I don't know how many times I have to read or be told how bad that is before I'll stop!

i was refer by a good friend on here that you should not weigh yourself each week , try every 2 weeks, i weigh myself on Monday mornings0

Monday's for me...I find that I tend to cheat less on weekends if I know that I'm getting weighed/measured Monday mornings.0

I do a half-way check in on Wednesdays to see how I'm doing. Saturdays are the only days I track on MFP.0

Wednesday morning! It helps me keep on track w/ my weekly workout. Saturday morning if Wednesday showed I have been slacking lol0

Saturdays! I thought about it for a long time...I wanted Monday to encourage me to not blow it over the weekends but I did not want to be depressed if I slipped up a little. Then I thought Friday because it was before the weekends....Idk how I came to Saturdays honestly lol.0
